Tonkotsu Ramen
The tonkotsu at Santouka is my absolute favorite ramen in the Bay Area. It's the closet to the ones in Tokyo that I have found. The pork bone broth is creamy, thick and bold while the the noodle is firm and chewy. Absolute perfection.
