Tontoksu Ramen w/ Pork Belly Cubes
There's no comfort food like a steaming hot bowl of ramen. I'm always on the hunt for the one bowl that resembles the one I had in this little alley in Tokyo. Saiwaii does my favorite broth, the tonkotsu. It has a very homemade quality to it and almost missing that umami flavor. The pork belly cubes, though, are out of this world and made up for the slightly disappointing broth.
